How Minnesota’s PCR Works: Step by Step

Can I claim my refund more than once?
No. You can submit once refund request to the state per calendar year. In your refund request, you can include multiple receipts for multiple donations. You will be refunded back up to $75 per person or $150 per married couple.
Example: You donated $50 to your local candidate for House and you donated $25 to the MN-HRCC. You can include BOTH receipts in your request to receive your refund from the state.
Which donations are PCR refundable?
Donations to the MN-HRCC are refundable through the PCR program. Federal candidate or organization donations are not refundable.
