About Natalie Zeleznikar
Representative Natalie Zeleznikar, first elected in 2022, has worked as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for more than 30 years. She is also a former small business owner, co-founding and serving as CEO for a nursing home alternative for 10 Northern Minnesota communities. Rep. Zeleznikar currently works part time as an Executive Advisor for a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that provides human resource solutions to healthcare providers. She lives in Fredenberg Township with her husband Dan, with whom she has two sons. Rep. Zeleznikar serves on the Children and Families Finance and Policy, Human Services Finance, and Workforce Development Finance and Policy committees.
